I spent several decades as CEO and COO for education-focused social enterprises locally, nationally, and internationally, from K-12 to higher education; managed programs in computer science and environmental advocacy; consulted on leadership development, training, and strategic planning; explored real estate, home design, and photography as an entrepreneur; wrote several non-published works of fiction; and started my life as an artist.
With that experience and as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, I consult with organizations and coach leaders to embrace and glide over their next big hurdle; and use the Harvest Model to activate their futures with resilience for the harvest ahead.
