We combine coaching and consulting for leaders, groups, and teams in businesses and organizations. Organizations benefit from having a coach-consultant facilitate movement forward for reaching goals when stuck, moving beyond limitations, thinking differently to achieve different results, and taking charge in a crisis.

We partner on strategic planning, strategic plans, 30-60-90 reports, organization-wide project tracking and reporting, and other efforts to support new and seasoned CEO, Chief of Staff, and COO decision making portfolios; and other initiatives for your trajectory. I spent several decades as CEO and COO for education-focused social enterprises locally, nationally, and internationally, from K-12 to higher education; managed programs in computer science and environmental advocacy; consulted on leadership development, training, and strategic planning; explored real estate, home design, and photography as an entrepreneur; wrote several non-published works of fiction; and started my life as an artist.

With that experience and as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, I consult with organizations and coach leaders to embrace and glide over their next big hurdle; and use the Harvest Model to activate their futures with resilience for the harvest ahead.
