Payment Terms of Service

By engaging the services of Your Next Harvest, you agree to the following payment terms. These terms apply to all coaching and consulting services unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Coaching Sessions

  • Payment in Advance: All coaching services must be paid in full and in advance in order to book or schedule coaching sessions. Advance payment secures the agreed-upon time and holds space exclusively for the client.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Payments for coaching services are non-refundable, including but not limited to missed, canceled, or unused sessions, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Scheduling: Coaching sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Consulting Services

  • Invoices and Payment Timing: Consulting services are typically invoiced according to the payment schedule outlined in the applicable written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt.

  • Deposits and Retainers: Certain consulting engagements may require an advance deposit or retainer prior to the start of work. Deposits and retainers are generally non-refundable and are applied toward the total project cost unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Late Payments: Late or overdue payments may result in paused work, delayed deliverables, or termination of services, in accordance with the terms of the written agreement.

  • Expenses: Any reimbursable expenses must be approved in advance and will be invoiced separately or itemized unless included in the project fee.

Governing Agreements

Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with the coaching and consulting written agreements applicable to their engagement. These agreements define project scope, expectations, timelines, deliverables, and provide detailed terms, policies, and conditions that govern the services.

In the event of a conflict between this Payment Terms of Service statement and a written agreement, the terms of the written agreement shall prevail.
